INTERROGATORY NO. 7: Describe in all possible details the relationship that
Defendants have with the entity called "Desire The Fire Ministries" and whether income
is derived from this entity for the benefit of Solid Rock Church, Inc. or whether income
from said entity is for the benefit of William N. Matthews or other persons.
INTERROGATORY NO. 8: Describe in all possible details any relationships
that Defendants have with other ministries or persons, stating the nature of the
relationship and identifying all persons.
INTERROGATORY NO. 9: Identify all facts upon which Defendant's have
based their Answer to the Complaint upon, which contend Plaintiff's complaint is
frivolous including whether Defendants' attorneys have fully examined the records
supporting each Articles of Incorporation filing change that was specified in said
Complaint including each of said meeting's minutes, audio records, resolutions, etc.
INTERROGATORY NO. 10: Identify all documents that refer to or relate to
your responses to these interrogatories.
